5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. The following payment methods are strictly not accepted on ph925:

5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ph925 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as published on the Platform.
6.1 ph925 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. 11.3 ph925 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph925 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph925's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Regulatory Oversight. ph925 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaint that cannot be resolved directly with ph925 may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedure.
12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and ph925, you agree to first contact ph925 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies.
12.4 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph925 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
